G. Kirk Ergang

Kirk Ergang is a senior payments executive with broad-based corporate and industry experience in all aspects of the payments, card, and the financial services industries. His various responsibilities have included managing and directing both entrepreneurial and growth-oriented enterprises through mergers and acquisitions, integration activities, new product introductions to the payments framework. Kirk has been active in the areas of new card technologies, government and health care benefits, risk management, branded network administration, operational and systemic infrastructure, rules and regulatory compliance, and new issues such as data breach security.

Mr. Ergang has 30 years of financial services experience including credit /debit and smart cards, branch automation, and EFT network experience. He has held various management positions for such companies as Fidelity Information Services, First Data Corporation, Cash Station, Inc, and Continental Illinois National Bank.
